We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this retreat. The location was stunning, with a beautiful view of the lake from our accommodation. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the little extras provided, such as ample provisions of tea, coffee, sugar. The host, Tara, was fantastic, constantly in touch to ensure everything was okay. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a comfortable living area that provided ample space for us. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and chairs, ensuring a great night's sleep.

While our experience at the retreat was mostly positive, there were a couple of slight drawbacks. The main bedroom was a bit small, but given that we were a couple, it didn't bother us much.

I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was a delightful bonus. the owner, Tara, was wonderful to communicate with and even surprised my kids with sweetie cones. the decking and outdoor dining area were perfect for enjoying meals outside. it felt like a home away from home and I had a fantastic stay. Cons: Nothing to complain about, everything was great! 😊.

ellis retreats at tattershall lakes surpassed my expectations once again during my recent stay in lincoln. the caravan provided a homey and clean environment, with comfortable furniture and a cozy bed. tara, the owner, was attentive and made the check-in process seamless. the activities on-site and friendly ducks added to the family-friendly atmosphere.

Amenities passes were costly.

The cost of passes to use the amenities on site was quite shocking, but luckily there were plenty of activities off-site to keep us busy. the main bedroom in the caravan was on the smaller side, which could be an issue for those with more people or younger children.

I recently stayed at Ellis Retreats in Lincoln for a family getaway. Our stay was for a week and we had a fantastic time. The villa was like a home away from home, with clean and cozy rooms. The owner, Tara, was very welcoming and made sure our stay was smooth. The location was beautiful, surrounded by picturesque lakes. The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a jacuzzi, which was a lovely bonus. Tara's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We are already planning our next visit to Ellis Retreats.

The Lincoln Cathedral is just a short 28 km away, perfect for a day trip. The holiday home had a dining area, so I could pretend to be fancy while eating my takeout. Oh, and there were towels provided, because who wants to bring their own?

The nearest airport is RAF Coningsby Airport, because apparently, I want my peaceful getaway to be serenaded by fighter jets. How charming.
